Hello from the Learning & Community Engagement Department at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra! We hope your new school year is off to a wonderful start. We are excited to bring another great year of music making to the students and educators in Pittsburgh, and we wanted to pass along some details regarding the upcoming season:
We are celebrating 80 years of Schooltime and PNC Tiny Tots this year! Thank you for your patience as we launch a new registration system for these concerts. The system is designed to streamline the reservation process, as well as arrival and check-in on concert days.
Registration is now open – please visit www.pittsburghsymphony.org/reservations to reserve your seats, or visit www.pittsburghsymphony.org/education to view concert descriptions.
Please note the new guidelines, especially for small groups/families/ALL homeschools (including homeschool consortia) attending. Attendees from these groups MUST use the Small Group Ticket Request Form and will receive paper tickets to the concerts.
Large school groups will find the system largely unchanged from previous years and will NOT receive paper tickets.
All those in attendance should note that reservations are now being processed by the Heinz Hall Box Office. Therefore, if you need to modify your reservation (change number of attendees, indicate special accommodations, etc.) after registering online, you will now need to call the Box Office at 412-392-4900, or send an email to [email protected]. Our wonderful Box Office staff will be able to assist with your questions and changes.
