The Seneca Valley Band Foundation along with support from the PA Council On The Arts is excited to sponsor a performance by the “Huntertones” at Seneca Valley High School on Tuesday, March 26 at 7:30pm. The Huntertones are a fresh jazz, pop, fusion group that has come to fame through their innovative and fun videos on YouTube.  The group consists of a saxophonist, a trumpeter that doubles on sousaphone, a trombonist that doubles on “beat-boxing” and a three-piece rhythm section!

Huntertones brings people together around the globe with fun, imaginative and fearless music. Their high energy, horn-driven sound features genre bending composition and unconventional covers. Every show is a social experience celebrating the joy of music.

"The Slippery Rock University Music Department and the Slippery Rock University Chapter of Pennsylvania Collegiate Music Educators Association would like to invite any high school student to become a music major for a day. Enjoy some time at Slippery Rock University and see what a typical schedule is like for a music major. The day will include a mixture of classes, ensembles, and a chance to talk to students and faculty. The spring day is March 26th, 2019.

If you are an educator interested in bringing a group of students to SRU, ensure that each student completes the online registration form so that we may plan appropriately. Contact Dr. Melago for any questions.
