PMEA District 1 Band Audition Day

PMEA District 1 Band Audition Day is on Monday, October 3 at Baldwin High School.    Specific information regarding the timeline and process is linked here for your review. PMEA District 1 Band Audition Day Information 

As a reminder, any brass, woodwind, or percussion player that would like to be considered for Honors Band, District Band, or District Orchestra must participate in this audition.  

Policies & Procedures - PMEA District 1 Band Audition Day

Your students will need to indicate whether or not they will participate in each festival on their registration card.  

Sr. District Band Festival (East)February 8-10, 2023Norwin High School

*There is a possibility of this festival date changing to January 19-21, 2023.TRYPO - Location TBD

A few additional reminders:

• Students must be present in order to register for the audition (a parent or director cannot register for him/her)
• Directors must be present at the auditions (as you will serve as a judge, sergeant in arms, etc.) in order for the student to participate in the audition
• Audition times/numbers are generated in the order that the students register - no special requests
• PLEASE share all information with your students and remind them that their first point of contact for questions is you.
