I am proceeding with my research that promises to support my studies at University of Pittsburgh and hoped you would give me 5 minutes of your time. My research focuses on how Instrumental Music Programs in Western Pennsylvania identify success. Based on these results, and other factors, I am looking to identify two programs that can be modeled as successful under the definition that we as music educators use.
