Angie Berna Milliren and I are excited to be the hosts of next year's PMEA District 1 Honors Choir Festival. The dates of the festival are October 24 & 25, 2014.
We are VERY excited to announce that our conductors for the festival are Chris Kiver from Penn State University and Peggy Detwiller from Mansfield University. Angie and I have both spoken to Chris and Peggy and they are really looking forward to working with our students.
We are hoping that you consider bringing your students to auditions for this festival. I'm sure this will be a great experience for the students.
To help the students prepare for the auditions, we have posted audition files on Angie's website. You will also find a PDF file of the music. Please remember that this is for practice purposes ONLY. All students auditioning MUST have an original copy of music.
