Please make preparations to attend our September host meeting on Sunday, September 8th at 2:00 PM in the orchestra room at Bethel Park High School. As you prepare your first mailings, please be sure to use the most updated forms. These forms are marked with "updated July 2019" at the bottom.
- FOR ALL DIRECTORS: The cover letters for all Fests and Festivals will be posted on the District 1 website by the end of September. If for some reason you do not receive the first mailing for a particular Fest or Festival, please check the website. Please use the Fest/Festival forms provided to you by the host director.
