The 2018 PMEA Honors Chorus Festival will be held at Baldwin High School on October 26th and 27th under the direction of Dr. Chris Kiver and Jayne Glocke. Letters and applications were mailed to each high school in our district. If you know of a new choral director who may be interested in PMEA Honors, please forward this information to them or let me know. Take a moment to review the attached Director's Letter, PMEA Festival Policies, and Student Applications and let me know if there are any questions or if I've missed anything. Since the Selection Committee will be meeting immediately following the application due date, it is important that you get your information in on time. We will confirm that we have received your information. Please remember to review the festival obligations with your students. Word-Enterable Forms are available at https://district1.pmea.net/forms. Be sure to specify which ensemble: Men's or Women's.
In order for your students to be considered for Honors Chorus, please send all paperwork to Nathan at firstname.lastname@example.org before Friday, Sept. 14th. Nathan would prefer that you send your forms electronically. (This is a good way to guarantee that your forms were sent by the deadline). Please let me know if you have any questions.
