Procedure
1. Nomination Committee appointed and chaired by Immediate Past President
2. Slate of Officers should include two candidates for each office
3. December 1 deadline for biographies to be submitted to Secretary/Treasurer
4. Elections held during Festival/Fest Directors' Meetings up to March 1
5. Current MENC card required for receipt of ballot
6. Ballot is mailed to remaining members not in attendance at Directors' Meetings
7. Ballots tabulated by Immediate Past President
8. Results are posted in newsletter by Secretary/Treasurer
